Who said he doesn't listen? Leadership is about listening to the opinions of those below you and then picking the best course of action based off of those opinions. The decisions made are not always going to be popular. These decisions will also never please everyone.

Because the dude is a complete retard, he don't know anybetter. Since he is president, he thinks he can only listen to himself and distroy the whole world and people's lives and feelings.
