How do I turn my desktop into a link or URL so others can see it?

You can take a screenshot of your desktop by pressing the Print Screen button, pasting it into a program such as Microsoft Paint, and saving it to your computer.
Then, upload it to a service such as Tinypic or Photobucket and then copy the URL or Address they give you, so you can show others.

Thats not possible.
I think what your asking about is a remote desktop solution.
VNC is a good program, but there's also Remote Desktop Client which comes with windows.
Both take a lot of configuration and trouble shooting, but pretty neat.

You'd need to install a web server on your machine and open it up to the internet. Not really recommended to open personal areas of your file system up like this.
