I was a size 8 pre-babies. I had my second child 15 months ago and am still a size 8.
My stomach will never be as toned as it was but its certainly not saggy.

The saggy skin totally depends on how big your belly gets for how long. What happens is that as your belly grows, your skin grows as well (not just stretches). The longer it is stretched, the more skin is grown. This is how they develop skin for grafts for the siamese twin seperations!
For the gals I've seen that never developed saggy skin, their bellies really only got big at the end of pregancy and was never that big. So, taller women are more likely to not have saggy skin as there is more body cavity for the baby to fit in.

I'm the same as you were first time round and am now 31 weeks into my second pregnancy, but whereas before I didn't show until quite late on, this time I've been big from the start and am really worried. I do have a Pilate's in pregnancy video which I used last time- it has exercises for before and after the birth. They are really good as help tone your pelvic floor muscles so they get you prepared for the birth and getting back into shape after.

I have two boys and dont have saggy skin, i used bio oil while pregnant and after pregnancy. I do think its up to what your skin is like, but do try the bio oil its great stuff.
Good luck with baby.

As we age, our skin loses its elasticity. So age plays a role. You are still quite young, so your chances are better. However, genes may also play a role. No amount of sit ups or stomach exercises while pregnant will help. Your skin is still stretched at that point. Exercising helps build muscle. It will have no affect on the skin. There are products out that claim to help with skin elasticity but I can't vouch for its effectiveness. Best of luck.

I have two children and don't have saggy skin, I'd say the best thing was breastfeeding, it tightens the muscles, and gets you back into shape in no time.
