Varies from court to court. I would plan to get there no later than 10am, and pack a book or something in case you're there all day.

If you have a lawyer, they will be more familiar with how the courthouse works and how they juggle their scheduling. They can likely give you advice on where to park, what to wear, when to arrive, where to sit for waiting... all of that.

Depends a lot on the number of Divorce cases to be heard and where you are on the list. But normally it takes 5 to 10 minutes for each case. The clerk schedule them all at the same time and you will have to hear other people's cases if you are last in the list, and that is for most hearings, not just divorce.

If it's you going good luck and cheer up !!! BUT make sure they grant you the divorce before leaving and get a copy of it. Sure It was for the best !!! : )

You are in a time slot with other people getting a divorce and they call you in 1 couple at a time for the hearing. I was the only person in my time slot and managed to get divorced on time in less than 1 minutre.

HAHAHAHAH ontime, I'd love to see the day that happens. If my court hearing was at 10:30, I would plan on getting to the courthouse at 10:15am. Then you'll most likely have to wait an hour or two...
