I'd first price Lowes and Home Depot as suggested, then try some mom and pop local shops. If you present them with the corporate pricing, they might be able to haggle with you and beat the pricing at the chain store.

Lowes or HD can sell you sections of wood fence fairly cheap. Setting the post will not be cheap though.
