We are trying to sell our house but the housing market here in michigan sucks. We would like to just get what we owe and get out here. Are there any investors or companies that do that sort of thing? we owe alot less than what the house had appraised for but we just want out.

Our house isnt run down. We have invested about $40,000 in improvements. Its a nice home. new ac/forced heat, roof, hardwood floors, new carpet, etc. we just want out for what we owe.

Why not just list it yourself for what you owe plus another 10% to cover your expenses. Make sure you list is as 'firm' and that there will be no repair allowance. See what happens.

i dont know about your area but here we have a company called: we buy ugly houses. they buy investment property.
