well the actual salary is just a fraction of what these characters earn through endorsements... even if their salary was based on a performance scale, they wouldn't have much to worry about since their endorsement contracts are not performance based... i think these guys become cricketers with the sole aim of getting a pot of money by endorsing crappy products and not actually focusing on the game, but hey, that's just me...

yes ofcorse they should get their salary accordingto their perfomance then only they will play wellcoz then they hav enthusiasm and strong desire to win more money which will make thier game better.
