1. My cat seems to think that the best answer percentage of a user (say a user has a best answer percentage of 7%) is directly proporitional to the size of the user's *meow meow* (sorry, I was unable to translate that word, i'm not 100% fluent) and that makes them more desireable than someone with a percentage of 4%. do you believe this to be true?

2. When you see a guy with a popped collar, how bad do you want to scream at them and do you have an irresistable urge to push them into oncoming traffic at a major intersection?

And finally

3. Should a sense of humor test be giving to all newbies prior to being allowed to participate, particularly in this category or on Yahoo Answers period?

1.I think the person's best answer percentage has more to do with their popularity than their actual answers. At least on this section it is kind of true, not always but most of the time.
2.I don't really think about the popped collar, maybe I get a little annoyed.
3.Perhaps they should have some sort of test, to see what kind of questions and answers people report on the most. To at least see how politically correct the yahoo community is, we should institute some sort of humour test.=)

1. Understanding the translation of "meow meow", even though I can't quite put it into English, this first Q is the easiest.
Yes, no doubt.
2. A little harder. I want to really bad but have to ask myself, "If he gets poop all the way up there, what's he going to do if he gets hit?"
3. Yes, one should also be given, periodicly, to those who have been here for a while. Sometimes we tend to loose it and can't seem to find it again. A simple treatment program would restore it soon enough.

1) I don't think so... because many people have a high answer percentage, and their *meow meow* (whatever that means) is probably normal or even below average. Hopefully *meow meow* means "brain".

2) Well, it does get on my nerves (enough to be tempted to fix it), but I would never push someone into traffic.

3) I don't thinks so because many questions don't require a sense of humor.

1) tell your cat I said "mew" (he'll know what that means)
2)I dont feel like screaming because I dont like wasting my breath on the fools who follow stupid fashion trends and think they are cool. He WILL get a head shake.
3) I think a sense of humor test should given before performing many real world activities. Those who fail should be shipped off to Amish country.
