You can lie under a tree together on a breezy day and watch the leaves move. Play in the leaves in autumn. Go to the beach, kids love sand. Go to the park and play on the swings. Find an outdoor pool and play in the water together.

Well, my 6 month old and I just spent sometime sitting in the grass. This was her first experience with grass (touching it and sitting on it) and she really enjoyed just checking things out. There are so many things they pay attention to while outside....cars driving by, birds, people, animals, etc...it was fun for her to "learn" about new things, and fun for me to see the world through the eyes of my daughter. Children teach us so much!

You can also go for a walk, go to the park....different things along those lines are all fun for babies of this age!

My daughter is also 7 months. I thought it was hard to find stuff for us to do together while her daddy is at work. What we like to do is go for alot of walks. Talk to her the whole time. and I bring some of her toys outside with some blankets and play with her out in the sun with her hat on. She loves being outside. Trying to find new things to play with such as dirt and rocks. She also loves feeling the grass.. So just take her/him out side and talk to her and play with her/him. They'll love it!!
