I must be old and set in my ways, but I could never use those. I won't even use O.B. tampons without an applicator. I really don't want to touch that stuff in there. LOL
A friend told me it's like shot glass and you put it way up there and the blood drips in. The you carefully remove the cup. No tampons, no smelly pads and no toxic shock syndrome. But we decided with our luck we would spill the "contents" all over ourselves or the floors. Gross.

I haven't but I have spoken to a few people who have - the general agreement is that they are great & people wish they had started using them sooner!
