Try and get into "system recovery" mode, by tapping the F-10 key, while your computer is starting up..If you can do that, it will clean everything off of your hard drive, it will look like it did when you first purchased your computer, when you are finished.. Make sure you load all your security programs when you are finished.. Get your windows updates (express mode) and firewall, before you go back on the internet Good Luck..

Have you tried going into safe mode, and running system restore? If you don't know how, here is the process:

1. On startup, click the F8 button.
2. Select Safe mode from the menu
3. when it gets into safe mode, do the following:
4. Click on Start, and Help and support
5. Click on Undo changes to your system by using system restore
6. Pick Restore my computer to an earlier time.
7. pick a date (the bold ones are restore points) from before the problem occurred
8. go through the "next's" and let it run and reboot
9. when the computer comes back up, click OK on the screen that says restore was successful.

Good luck!!!

at the same time as your computing gadget is booting up, you should hit the DEL key at the same time as its booting up. you should hit it early too, in case you pass over the prospect and abode windows starts loading, then you definately can not get to the BIOS. I oftentimes purely save tapping it suitable after turning on the computing gadget. as quickly as interior the BIOS, you should locate a placing that exceedingly lots refers to "BOOT UP ORDER" and set it to CD-ROM by using fact the 1st, then the problematiccontinual as 2nd, and despite the fact that else for third, fourth, 5th. as quickly as you reboot your comp, it is going to verify the CD-ROM for a bootable disc first in the previous the problematiccontinual.
