You're being way too vague.
But usually going to www.google.com and typing in the lyrics you know, then putting -lyrics at the end is a sure fine way to get the artist and song name as a result.
Ex:
Typing in
"Over the mountain, take me across the sky. Something in my visions, something deep inside - lyrics"
