PLEASE READ, I KNOW ITS LONG.
i have had two piano competitions in the last few days in Dublin. I live in Cork so it is about 4 hours up and down four times plus the playing. I supose i did put alot of energy in it but yesterday and today my head feels like there is a weight in it like it feels full and can't function. It is ok all right if i'm on the fone cos i was on it a while ago but other than that i get that feeling again! My eyes don't feel tired though but do you think my body is very tired. I know this may not sound like a big deal for you but for me it is.

That's happened to me to. Ask a friend to do the driving for you. Performing is a very draining thing and driving on top of it isn't good for you. Keep it up and you'll end up in a ditch.
You're from Cork? My Aunt is in Cork. I was out there last year to see her. I love it there. Much nicer than Toronto across the pond here in Canada.

it's ok, i've read much longer ones...i think u are seriously over stressed out! perhaps only when u are on the phone is the only time u dont think about the stress. u need a break. like a spa or just laze around doing nothing... it's just the post-competition symptoms...lots of water and fruit will help boost your immunity!

it sounds like you are exhausted. all the travelling and the pressure of playing in the competitions, whether you felt like that or not, is bound to have taken its toll on your body. Look after yourself better for the next few days, plaenty rest, good food and a couple of good nights sleep and you will soon bounce back, a little pampering of yourself wouldnt go amiss either, good luck, hope you feel better soon

Well, it sounds like a combination of stress, fatigue, and your mind sort of dumping everything that's been pressuring it the past few days. However, if you are really concerned, I would pay a visit to a doctor.

Sounds like flu,Or stress relief, the relief of stress is worse than the actual stress.A bit like exercising one day and aching the next, stress relief is your muscles relaxing after them being tense and tight with the stress.

It sounds like a fever. Sleep as much as you can and try taking one of those cold medicines.
