We had a wonderful service and wedding at the Riviera wedding chapel, spoke with the Chaplin before the service... the pastor at home could not have done a better job. The second time around is wonderful. It was 17 years ago last Sunday. Congratulations to you!!!!!! P.S. No witness, person on site. Go to the courthouse downtown before the wedding for paperwork. We arrived in Vegas around 10 am and were married at 2 pm.

The only place where you would need to bring witnesses is to the courthouse. They provide them, but for a fee. All the chapels and hotels work out those details for you.
Don't have a courthouse wedding- you could do that in any city. Get married in one of the chapels. And choose one on the strip, just to say you did.
I got married in Vegas last August at Chapel of the Bells. Kelly Ripa and her husband got married there and it's right near the Stratosphere. It cost under 150, including the gratuity for the minister. Make sure you tip your minister at least 20 bucks.
You could go to Little White Chapel and get married for less than 100, including minister gratuity. That's where Brittney Spears once got married. Chapel of the West is also very famous. That one probably costs more than the other two.
Hotels cost more than the independent chapels, but sometimes they're classier. Go to tripadvisor.com and search for reviews of the various chapels.
My husband spent less on the chapel so that we could spend more on food, shows, and partying. Just figure out what's most important for your Vegas experience...

congratulations! The website below has an article in the online magazine about small weddings which might give you some ideas, and you can browse every chapel as well as searching all weddings packages by cost.
Some of the independent chapels will provide a witness for you, but if you get married anywhere you could ask your wedding co-ordiantor or photographer to act as your witness. Ask about options when you call to book.
Good luck!

You didn't mention the date in July, but if you were thinking 777. July 7th,2007. Then you better get on it and make reservations. Cause everything is booking up. We made our plans for that day 2 1/2 months ago and the chapel we are using. (Little Chapel of Flower's) across from Strat, already had 85 WEDDINGS booked for that day. They had openings at 7:00am, But since were doing the Grand Canyon Helicopter Flight, they squeezed us in. ( I'm sure it's because their making more money). But get on with it Las Vegas has Chapels every 5 feet!

You do not need witnesses. My ex-husband and I got married at Treasure Island Hotel. The Mirage hotel is another beautiful hotel with wedding arrangements available. Pretty much most of the "big" hotels in Vegas have their own wedding chapel.
Have fun and congratulations!!

The most intimate place I know is called Little White Wedding Chapel. My mom and her husband were married there and it is less cheesy then some of the others.
For that particular Chapel I know witnesses are not required but are of course allowed.
Here is a website with alternate choices:

Congratulations, by the way!

My husband and I were married by a justice of the peace. We had to have 2 witnesses to sign the marriage certificate. You can get the justice of the peace to come to you if you so choose. A friend of mine was married overlooking the ocean from a beautifl cliff! What a pretty setting that was! Your options are endless. Make it special for the two of you.

i think of those numbers are desirable. there is analyze too that teach that if a pair stay jointly yet have a dedicated date of whilst they are getting married then they are much less probably for a divorce and are extra probably to get married, so what seems to be maximum severe is the dedication to get married. whilst a pair settle directly to stay jointly to make certain in the event that they are nicely matched, no dedication, no "we are marrying in 3 months", just to stay jointly, they very very nearly continuously harm up from my adventure. they don't look to be taking the dating heavily and that they are actually not going to take the marriage as heavily as a pair who do not stay jointly till they are specific they want to be jointly for all times. they don't assist you hire a automobile you are going to purchase for a 300 and sixty 5 days to make certain if it works, and condo autos have the worst medical care from drivers available. once you purchase some thing and dedicate to it then you definately cope with it extra advantageous and attempt to look after it. this is a similar with marriage. once you're drawing near a dating with a "enable's see if this is going to artwork" physique of recommendations then you definately take it with none attention. once you attitude with a "i've got dedicated to this for the the remainder of my life" then you definately locate strategies to artwork out issues. specific you come across out that your substantial different has some subject concerns which you are going to be unable to stand. you alter, or she modifies, or you the two replace and alter. this is the persons who think of you will desire to not would desire to alter that finally end up getting divorced.
