Aloe vera is a natural antiseptic, so smearing it on a cut, even if it's a deep cut, will help protect the wound from infection as well as accelerating the healing response by the body, so putting it on newly shaved legs will help your folicles to heal & you won't get razor burn. It's fabulous!

I have found fresh Aloe is always better when squeezed straight from the plant . just don't cut the plant too short and it will regenerate. this is especially good stuff for cuts and insect bites. The skin softeners contain other ingredients that are also good for the skin so I would suggest those after shaving.

Fresh cut aloe is very sticky. I wouldn't recommend using it on such a large area. Buy some lotion or gel that contains aloe, it's available everywhere and usually reasonably priced. I think it would just help out with razor burn and ingrown hairs, but not too sure on that

I've done that before and it feels wonderful! The aloe soothes the skin, and I've found that whenever I use the aloe, I never get razor bumps and my skin stays really soft!!

It should sooth and help heal any shaving cuts and scrapes. I haven't tried it for shaving but I use it occasionally on sunburn and cuts.

I've never used it after shaving, but it is the best thing to put on burns.
