i want to get him shirts for his birthday. he's a white boy, with red hair, dark red/vivid not real light and bright...what color shirts looks good on him. i think black but i don't wanna buy him no more black shirts cuz it's gonna be summer. i hates yellow and he don't like it either. what about stripes? can that be good?

yea he love polos and rugbys...no big tee shirts and no really dressy shirts.

A great green striped rugby shirt, or what ever style of clothing he likes. As a fellow red head I would advise no light yellows, oranges, or orange based reds. Black is a safety net for everyone, especially redheads, so branch out and go with shades of green, from a paler to a deep forest green. Also certain shades of teals (don't freak it can be a very masculine color actually) and blue/greens. Here are some color examples, by no means would you have to get these particular shirts:

Might sound off but if you what a bright color, Red. Dark blue, any green also go with his complexion. If he likes stripes there fine. For summer a nice crisp white shirt looks very good, it doesn't have to be a dress shirt.
He is right about yellow, looks bad on anyone with really fair skin.

Since it's going to be summer, you could get him at least one or two white cotton polos or t-shirts. Stripes are nice, they're casual and coordinate with many different colors of pants. If you want to bring out the lovely color of his "warm" colored red-hair you should choose a cool colored shirt for him. Cool colors bring out warm undertones of skin or hair and vice versa.
Cool colors: Blue, green, violet
Warm colors: Red, orange, yellow

green, dark brown, white and black are all great colors..also just color cordinating the shirt with the rest of the outfit(pants, shoes, hats, eyes, etc.) all can help alot too

definately green...white and brown would be great i think...!
try to go with solid colors because he has bright hair color, you dont wanna overdue it with stripes or multicolored tshirts..

I was thinking that if you wore something lowcut in black that nobody would care what he was wearing because they wouldn't notice him. It's not like you want other women noticing him, so I think that's the best solution! ;)
