does anybody know any product that softens, cleans, takes bumps away, and that does not irritate or dries your skin?
My skin is medium beige...and i'm 13...

i use clean & clear's foaming cleanser for sensitive skin, then i use proactiv's toner, and after that i use bare minerals skin-rever upper ( i think thats how you spell it!). ive been using this regimen for a while, and i haven't had any breakouts. once a week, i use st. ives apricot scrub to get the dead skin off.

If irritation is an issue, I'm assuming that you have semi-sensitive skin, so I suggest a natural solution: a quick and easy toner that kept my mother's and my grandmother's skin looking perfect.
Combine 1 part vinegar, 1 part witch hazel, and 1 part water in a small bottle. Shake until mixed. To apply, soak a cotton ball with the solution and dab over face. Do NOT rinse. You can do this one or two times daily.
(I must warn you, however, that it takes a while to get used to the strange and unpleasant smell.)

Try Cetaphil. But make sure you get a good toner and moisturizer.
