assuming that you don't have diverticulitis's, an eating disorder, or some other health problem it is probably gas, the fact that you are hungry and or the fact that you have eaten too much, try eating something if your stomach still rumbles 1/2 hour after there might be something more going on and you should see your physician

It could be alot of things i guess. Maybe because one is hungry or maybe the type of food he/she eats or even the drinks they may have had. It could also be that the person is not eating properly not eating regularly.
I know for me if I drink some cow's milk it will surely rummbles and all bruk loose LOL!
Let ur doc try n answer this one!

Can be stress related - anxiety causes an increase in acidity causing the rumble and disconfort. How you doing at the moment?
Also dodgy, fatty, non-healthy food can be the answer. try a good balanced diet, try wholemeal wherever possible.
