I go for a nice long drive. Of course, the source of my frustration (plus the added frustration of fuel prices) is still there when I get home. Still feel better, though.

My 4 year old grandson can answer this one, on Blues Clues they tell the kids when you are frustrated you should: STOP, take a breath, and think.
Seems to work for him.
