All five businesses have advantages. Here are a few:
1. Health club/spa and fitness club. Customers join on a membership basis. Income is steady and fairly sure for a year or six months even if the person seldom uses the club.The profit margin is large.
2. Internet cafe/telephone shop. This is a going business that is in great demand. If the location is good, it can bring in a lot of money. Also, maintenance is low.
3. A games shop is a hot business right now. It also can produce multiple streams of income. People can pay to play games in the shop, buy coffee and snacks, buy games, etc.
4. A restaurant can be a tremendous money maker. The big excitement right now is in theme restaurants. It might be a circus, for instance, or a garden, or the inside of a cruise ship.
