Well, back when the dinosaurs first appeared, in the Late Triassic Period, all of the Earth's continents were joined together into one massive supercontinent, known as Pangaea.
But if you're talking about the present-day continents, then maybe this is the answer you're looking for - the earliest known dinosaur fossils are often thought to be from the Ischigualasto Formation in South America.
However, I have heard reports of even earlier dinosaurs being found in Madagascar, which is a part of the African continent.

Do you mean where they came out of the water first or where they were discovered first? B/C for discovery the Chinese have records finding "Dragon" bones as early as the Jin Dynasty (265-420)
Now the oldest dino to be found is the Eoraptor in South America dating back 230 million years.
First official dino to be found was the Megalosaurus in 1677 near Oxford, Eng.

Let me get my time machine and I'll know for sure! Oops didn't work so I guess I'll have to say that back millions of years ago there was supposedly only one continent Pangaea.
