flocking behavior beneficial to finding and taking advantage of larger food sources

The raven are already adapted to it's environment. So are the rest of the worlds animals. The only animals adapting are those that are associated with the changes inflicted on the environment by human activity.

Perhaps you would think that seeing ravens at a dump eating garbage is an adaptation. But ravens are scavengers. Therefore it does not matter where the raven scavenges.
