I don't want to assume you're talking about yourself, and if you are, that's fine. I'm just answering on general terms here!
Anal sex can be dangerous, if both parties involved don't take the correct precautions. You have to both be relaxed, and willing to accept that it might not succeed on the first attempt. Use lubrication, and be comfortable. If you're put into a position where you're not comfortable with what you're doing, trust that whoever you're doing this with will accept that and agree to try another time.
Don't force anything to happen and allow it to happen naturally. That's the best advice I could offer you! Aside from enjoy yourself, of course.

I am noticing a pattern when it comes to questions about anal sex. The people asking the question already know anal sex hurts a woman, and they know it causes health problems for a woman, but they want someone to lie to them.

Yes it is. The penetrator could tear the anal lining of his partner, and it could result in a life-threatening infection. That's why one should always wear a condom or have another form of sex.

Any sex has a certain element of danger associated with it. Anal sex if practised correctly (with patience, condoms and plenty of lubrication) probably remains slightly more dangerous than vaginal sex (I don't know about any research into this).

You need to use caution, it can hurt and tear very easily. It can't cause real damage if done properly. You should always use a condom to protect yourself and your partner. Anal sex is a lot of fun. Trust your partner and go slow.

Well my mans huge. It can be dangerous if not careful. Well he could kill a man with what he has. Just have to use tons of lube and if you don't know the dude a condom. But it can be. You just have to go super slow and use plenty of lube.

No, but with any kind of sex, you do need to take some precautions. The rectum has no natural lubricants, make sure you use some lube

aside from the answers you got here i'd have to say it's not if you understand what it is you're doing physically. if you give it you really ought to be considerate. if you're getting it ask for a pace you can tolerate.
enjoy. i do!
