I have this friend who has a friend that she hates, and i dont like her either... she always complains about how our school has to much drama, but she starts most of it! What do we do?

Wow, sounds like close friends, lol. Consider a few things:
Why don't you two like this other person? Is it because of the way she looks? Because other people don't like her? Because she is akward in social situations? These are all superficial reasons, and these are OBSTACLES that need to be bypassed on the road to developing a true friendship.
However, if the reason you dont like her is that she is rude, doesn't care about other peoples feelings, she lies, she betrays those around her, or other such reasons, then I would consider telling her exactly how you feel about this "friendship," see if she wants to change her ways, and if she doesn't, ditch her.
Friendship is too valuable to throw away on the bad eggs, or to take away from someone who is fundamentally good, but unpopular.

I think you should tell her about how you two feel about her complaining and that she isn't right at what she says because she is the source of many issues in school.
Tell her if she keeps on doing this she will grow up to become one of the very self-centered stupid kind of women.
Don't say the exact thing, but tell her to look at the big picture and conduct herself as a good girl.

your best bet would just to ditch her I had to ditch one of my friends because he was always acting like a baby and was stuck in the 2nd grade so just ditch her she will learn someday
