Applications are taking time to open when connected to internet.?

I tried scanning with Ad-aware,Spybot,AVG Anti Spyware,Windows Defender,Norton Anti Virus but no results.
What could be the reason ?

try this.

Go to start and type in MSCONFIG or if ur on something other than vista type it in the run area.

Click startup and then disable all then re boot.

DO NOT disable your anti virus.

I have the same problem. Mine only does it when i first connect to the internet. It last about three to five minutes.
