I'm only a level 20 and need to get my mining level from a 19 to a 90 or as high as it will go the other players always tease me so I need to get tougher

Silly goat, there are no cheats for Runescape. And you should be ashamed of yourself for wanting to cheat just because your to lazy to get the level up yourself. Also, if some jerk makes fun of you, just add him to your ignore list.

I don't really use cheats for it, but the best way I found was to mine a lot and then give the ore to a friend or smither. they get paid and you get exp. Fair deal.
