well here is the rest, there is another guy in the picture, and happens to be single and very caring to her even though her boyfreind seems to have all he wants besides her meaning all he wants is to cosintrate on going to work in stead of her, its really upseting her, but the other guy just happens to be there instead of her boyfriend, so my question is what should or she do to just be happy?

Your friend first has to be happy for herself without a man defining how she should be happy. With or without a man, she needs to be happy.
Secondly, your friend must first end her relationship with the guy she's with before moving on to someone else. And of course the other guy has time for her because he wants to get with her. So before she goes jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire, she first needs to take some time for herself and then pursue other relationships.

You know, at some point in her life, she will see that people who focus on work do so because they are insecure, and thus need even more love. They are also much more financially stable, and able to offer a better life, in the long run. What she needs to do is talk to him about her feelings, and address their issues, striking a compromise, instead of simply running away from one relationship into the other. Think about it - if this other guy is willing to hit on her while she is in another relationship, then that means two things. First, he is not trustworthy. Second, he doesn't think she is either. Honestly, is that someone worth leaving a relationship for?
Before she runs off and hurts the guy who focuses on his work (and consequentially, on providing her with a stable financial future), she needs to consider whether this other guy is worthwhile. And of course, WHAT KIND of work is her boyfriend throwing himself into? If he is devoting all this time and trouble to his "promising carreer" of "fast food fryer operation specialist," then he's not worthwhile anyway.

Well if the boyfriend isn't really focusedd on her maybe she shouldn't be with him. This other guy seems to really like her and you never know she could probably be happier with this other guy. Just think it about it. You'll never know what can happen if you don't give it a try.

What if he's workin so hard cuz he's trying to save up the money for an engagement ring or a nice vacation? I would stick with the hard worker he'll take you much farther in life.
