Have a series of graduated levels that sales people can aspire to - such as bronze level, silver level, etc. Base this on monthly or weekly sales. Hold a small party to congratulate those who have advanced at the end of each month. Hand out a small prize to the best sellers.

Follow the lead of charities and post a large drawing of a thermometer showing the sales goal for the next month and current starting sales. Show how high the sales have advanced each day. Reward the three top sellers.

Hope this helps.

Pair all your salespeople so that each one is paired with another for one week then they change partners for the next week, and so on, until all have been paired with each other. No duplications.

Each week, total sales for each person. You might have a prize, cash or otherwise for the top. At the end, the one that has top sales wins the grand prize.

The pairing allows the lowest producers to be partners with the top producers. They will encourage each other to perform.

If you have a problem pairing partners, go buy a Bridge tally.
