Lots, how to manage a biz, how to hire the right people, do the books, open a business account, and most important, have the capitol to get it off the ground. Will you buy the property or rent, will you be the sole owner or have a partner? Lots of questions but if you do the research and get a smart accountant for advise, then you will succeed!!

1st thing be court to see if the name is taking
2 u need to find a place to you bizznes
3 i need to run a local newpaper for 4 week (1 time a week )
and u done get your paper work
and start Making some $$$
