You claim to 'run' the service but from what I can tell you have gotten a little behind in your work.
As your former employee relations director, I have to be frank and let you know that several of your employees came to me and told me 'this job blows'.
Also the way you burst through the front door each morning scares away potential clients. Maybe you can try entering from the rear in the future.
As harsh as these words may seem, I wish you nothing but suck sess.

You should ask yourself:
Do you have other positions suitable for her present skills?
Myabe her skills need up or downgrading. Help her get into the swing of things and maybe her outlook will change especially if you give her the oral freedom to express herself.

Does she work alone with her clientel? Maybe she needs assistance with her duties and is just stressed out from having to everything by herself. Put her together with another employee on her next assigned and I'm sure things will come together for her.

If the nature of your employee is grumpy, she will also be unhappy in her new position, unless you get me to straighten her way of thinking about discriminating men.
