This guy is huge, only 21 years old and he is working hard to get to the NBA level. Do you think he will make the league?

Yeah, but he's uncoordinated for a person of his size. Look at how lanky Yao looks when he runs. Now add 5 inches and 50 lbs to the equation. Somebody will take a chance on him though, guaranteed.

It would be neat to see a guy that tall in the NBA. And I'd love to see him go against Yao Ming.
With the exception of a few South Americans and one or two Australians, almost all of the foreigners in the NBA are Europeon. It would be neat to see anoher Asian player. Every time Yao goes to cities like Seatte, San Fran, Los Angeles, and New York, the Asian community comes out to see him.
So, it could only help the NBA's TV rarings, which have been declining for several years. On average, the NBA Finals are watched in only about 10 percent of USA households, and the All-Star Game is watched in only about 4 percent of USA households.

Yes I have heard of him he is currently playing for a team in the ABA. The Maryland Nighthawks if I am not mistaken. He was declared eligible for the 2005 NBA draft but was not selected probably do to the fact that he is slow and does not have much stamina.

Yes I have heard of him. I believe the Discovery Channel featured him in one of their programs. I am not too sure if he will make it to the NBA. I would give him a 50/50 chance.

Yea im sure some team will give him a chance, just because of his size...you cant teach a player size, especially 7'9!!

Of course he will get in. Maybe in another year of play and practicing in the Minor Leagues, he will get in. I he can build some stamina and speed, he will be awesome. I hope he goes to my Cleveland Cavaliers.
