this happened to us too
just leave it alone & in time it will fix itself
if it's a new tank, this happened because you
added to many fish too soon & did not give the tank time to make it's own atmosphere ( I forget the correct term) & yes this can cause fish to die

If you have only had the tank two weeks, then the good bacteria level has not built up enough to counteract the bad bacteria (fish waste, etc.). You should set up a tank and allow it to run for about two weeks before placing any fish in it. Also, you may have placed too many in it. Each fish needs at least a gallon and a half of water, so do the math. You should add a commercially prepared bacteria solution (good bacteria), that will then multiply and counteract the bacteria of fish waste, etc. At this point, your system is toxic and that is why the water is turning cloudy and the fish are checking out. Have someone who knows what they are doing and is experienced in fish tank set up help you. You cannot add fish right away into a new tank set-up. A tank is an artificial environment and as such, must have a proportionate amount of both good and bad bacteria. Some of these other answers here are totally incorrect, as is usual on Yahoo!

How about a little more detail...
How long has the tank been running?
Size, number and type of fish in it?
Color of the cloudiness?
Describe your normal care routine.
With this additional info we should be able to track down the reason and from there a reasonable cure.

You need to scoop the fish into another bowl and clean the tank. Fish urinate too, and they can't be living in their own toilet. You need a strainer to scoop the fish into a cup full of water and wash the tank. Do once every 7 days. Also, you only need to feed your fish 3 times a week. Not every day.
