I know I can propagate it from cuttings, but I prefer seeds. Does anyone know how can I manually pollinate it, or anything about its biology that might help? I have been trying insects, but so far no luck

Thanks!

This may be because the flowers are sterile and do not set seed, according to Dave's garden.
"plant does not set seed, flowers are sterile, or plants will not come true from seed"

"Propagation is difficult from seed but cuttings strike very easily from firm, current season's growth." http://farrer.riv.csu.edu.au/ASGAP/s-aem.html

Now me, I like a good challenge, so I'd just keep trying. Here is a website that tells about seed propagation. http://horticulture.sfasu.edu/hrt416/notes/SEED%20PROPAGATION.pdf
