While it's not my style, I don't see any reason a girl can't wear it! The belt doesn't have the words "this is a dude's belt, only dudes can wear it" printed on it, so if that's your style and you want to wear then you wear it!

I would guess not a girl or boy should wear one. It's a little "out of style." A girl should not wear it at all.
