in the sims 2 seasons how do you make a teen get pregnant with another teen????

This is not possible without either a teen pregnancy hack which can be downloaded via modthesims2 or using inteenimater.
As of 3/27/07 there is no inteen for seasons. I am unsure of modthesims2 hacks.

You need a hack to do that. Check the Insiminator site, I think it has been updated for seasons, not quite sure and check with MTS2.
