The Law of Attraction is a theory commonly associated with New Age and New Thought theories. It has its origins in the 4000-year-old Hindu monistic theory of the universe; the theory that One is All, and that All is One; that one Substance manifests itself as the seeming many elements of the material world. It posits that one should never dwell on the negative, as the "metaphysical principle of life" is embodied in a "law of attraction": "you get what you think about; your thoughts determine your destiny."[1]
The earliest known ancient formulation of the Law is a statement from one of the 9th century BCE Hindu "Upanishad" scriptures known as the Brihadaranyaka which states in section 1.4.10 "Aham Brahmasmi" or "I am Brahman"; this statement is an aphorism known as a "mahavakya" still invoked as a mantra in modern times in the Hindu discipline known as Yoga. The statement means "I am the Creator" - the fundamental premise of the Law of Attraction being that each individualized consciousness is in essence an identical creator as the universal Creator is, and thus has the same power to create through the same powers of focused thought and applied emotion.

For small things that you have no resistance around, it's easy to manifest them rapidly. With a few tweaks and a full understanding of the "tech" of how to do affirmations, you should quickly be on your way to manifesting lots of cool stuff that makes you go "Hmmm!"
From there, your confidence in the law of attraction will build and you'll find it MUCH easier to manifest the "biggies" like romantic well-being, health, and abundance.
I've taught workshops on this and counselled over 10,000 clients on this. You might enjoy my website:

It all depends on what you believe and think. If you believe that it take 3 weeks than its takes about 3 weeks. If you believe is only takes 1 day then it takes one day. By the way Im a licensed real estate agent in the Maryland and Virginia Area. If you happen to be in that area, i'd be happy to show you some great houses.

How long it takes depends on how much attention you give to each of the processes.
I read about affirmation planning like you mention. How much detail you form in your idea of the interior and the exterior could be a bonus helping you direct your sense to the best solution.

well it depends. if your focusing on a home in your price range then you already stunt and limited yourself.
look for what you want, and focus on that and it will come. you cant have boundries for the law of attraction to work.
i focused on money we got 1000 we didnt expect, and other things like flat screens etc..dont limit yourself or put a time limit, that hinders it
