You need to use only cold water on any blood stain otherwise you just set the blood into the clothes. Rinse it out with cold water asap then wash with detergent and bleach in cold water.
If you can't rinse it right away. Then soak it in cold water for a couple of minutes then pour some peroxide on the spot and when it stops bubbling rinse with more cold water and wash as above.

Put a layer of paper towels under the blood stain, then pour hydrogen peroxide on it. Let it work for a few minutes, then blot with more paper towels. You may need to do this a couple of times, just be sure to put new paper towels under the stain. Then make a paste of dry laundry detergent and water (only requires a tablespoon or so, depends on the size of the stain), rub onto the stain, let sit for five minutes then wash in cold water.

soak the clothing in cold water , remove from the water and add SALT leave like this till you see the stain lifting . You might have to do this a couple of times depend´s on how long it´s been left . But it will lift out , also the more heat you add to a stain the harder it is to remove ,so don´t wash in hot water

Hydrogen Peroxide. Just pour some on the stain and let it bubble. You may need to do it a few times. Then rinse with COLD water. Wash as usual

You didn't say what color or how big:

But for WHITES: I like using "Equate Antibacterial" hand soap, I let the soap soak in and then I get a tiny bit of bleach with water put it on the spot. Then I scrub or use the toothbrush.

For Colors: the same except instead of bleach, I use the non-chlorine type bleach.

Good luck.
