I am on day 19 and still bleeding, with no signs of it stopping. Here are my stats:
36 yr old
HPV +
last PAP (2003) showed mild dysplasia (5 spots)> never followed up 4 freeze thing. Scared of it.
2 kids ages 12 & 7
Tubal done with hulka clips on 06/08/1999
Have PAP scheduled, but will be 1 month to get seen
No odors, No pain except minor cramps, especially with tampon use.
OK, here's the ????; Should I actually be worried or nervous about cervical cancer? Anyone else had this problem? Could just be perimenopause, right??
Thank all of you very much.

Could be anything and don't worry, but you should worry about when you will make an appointment. Anything from a simple cyst to endometriosis or fibroids can cause your lengthy bleeding. You need an appointment ASAP. I've had a few problems myself with this issue and none was cancerous.

I would make an appt. with a Gyn. It is better to be safe than sorry. Even though you don't have insurance. Pay $5 a month, there is nothing anyone can do about it!! No matter how high the bill could be. This is something you don't need to play with. It could get very serious. It can be treated with hormones or may go as far as a hysterectomy. That part seams scary but the alternative is worse! Trust me, I know 3 women that have been trough this. Just don't let it go. Go ahead and get checked. Good luck and God Bless!!

It could be a number of things. I suggest when you go to the Doctor to ask for a hormone test. It could be PCOS. But if you are already were suppose to get the freeze surgery, you should seek medical advice immedialty.

I would be more scared of cancer than a mild surgery.
