What would cause a 1990 Camry to jerk the steering wheel when you let off then reapply throttle at hiway spds?

It doesn't do it at lower speeds and it doesn't do it if you ease into the gas. But if you go from no throttle to even 1/4 throttle quickle, the car jumps and the steering wheel twitches. I'm thinking torque converter?

The fuel pump the vaccum line the electonic regulator for these and your emergency brake may be stuck on even if the handle inside indicates otherwise.

it could be a universal joint in the drive line going bad, it is all I can think of right now, I just woke up.
