we had to pay £3 per week heat and light which put us under minimum wage so apparently they now have to pay us some money back how do i get this?

maybe write to butlins and advise them of your claim or is that too simple

hi Laura! I used to work at butlins too, both Skegness and Minehead, What did you do there?
I rang HR a few weeks or so ago and was told that it only applies to those who were on minimum wage before stopages and that all those eligable would be contacted in due course. She also said that I was welcome to write to HR at the parks I worked at if I wanted too and that they would more than likely reply.
