Haylie Duff is 'Summer', and "Oswald" is the guy in the commercial for the fighting classes napoleon and kip go to. He has the body builder wife and the American Flag parachute pants

I knew Haylie Duff was in it. I don't remember noticing "Oswald" though. Nice catch!
