Agrarian means a culture based on farming/agriculture.
As to who is affected by it ask the Tolpuddle Martyrs,if you could go back in time,or for a more modern example, Cambodians who survived the forced agrarian reformation under the regime of Pol Pot and the Khemer Rouge.

It means farming, out in the fields, and the people who live on farms and in farm areas.
However, it affects us all because we all eat. Farmers are the basic foundation for all of life. We could not live without them!
Jefferson suggested that the farmers were the backbone of America. It was more than just that they grew good, it was also that they were the people in touch with the soil, and by being part of the land, they were also the basics of democracy and rule by the people.

Agrarian means people who are engaged nonworking the land . All of us if they didn't we'd have to wait for the invention of particularly designed robots and I think we would get very hungry waiting for that to occur
