iptable udp forword?

I have RedHat linux 10.0.0.1
i want to open up my iptables firewall on 10.0.0.1 to allow UDP Port 123 from 10.0.0.2

iptables -p udp -i -s 10.0.0.2/32 -d 0.0.0.0 -j ACCEPT

I think that's still the correct iptables syntaxing..
