I dont know how to reset my RCA H100 mp3 player?

I know its corrupted and I downloaded the auto-updater, my computer read that the mp3 player is plugged in but the updater doesnt. I also tried to format it but it doesnt give me the format option when i right click on the drive. PLEASE HELP!

buy an iPod. ^_^ my advice would be to call RCA up on the phone and ask for tech support.
