Every morning I have a cup, and once in awhile in the afternoon. I recently learned that coffee has antioxidants which are beneficial for your health, so enjoy. Best wishes

I have a thermos with me for most of the day. It's pretty bad, but it keeps me going. Usually ends up being about 3-4 cups worth.
