I was at Raw last night and Cena was heavely booed. Is there something with Chicago fans cuz he was booed at wrestlemania last year??

just mixed emotions from fans they did that to him when triple hhh was wrestling for the title but... but maybe they think that since cena been champ for awhile there getting tired of him .. i saw raw lastnight and i didnt care for what Micheals did to cena with a cheap shot from sweet chin music but hey i knew micheals was gonna do that kuz he cant be trusted .. but i hope cena keeps his belt

I don't know about Chicago in particular, but it seems the whole mid west hates John Cena. I remember several wrestlers and their gimmicks had a hard time getting over with fans in the mid-west, so I imagine a guy like Cena is little different.

Chicago is an old-school wrestling town. It was a big town for ECW in it's hey-day. They prefer wrestlers that have been around longer, or they know better. They cheered CM Punk because they've been watching his career in IWA: Mid-South. They boo Cena for multiple reasons. His attire, his attitude, and the fact he's gotten Benoit, HHH, and Edge(he got a pop) all to tap-out.

no It's not just Chicago, people are finally realizing what I've known all along. Cena is a fake wannabe gangster who sucks at wrestling. It's about time for people to wake up and recognize that Cena's had that belt for way to long and now it's someone else's turn. it just so happens to be the show stopper HBK!!!

Probably, I really like John Cena and he is my favorite wrestler and I love him being Champ and all, but, honestly he has had the title quite a long time and all in a row, HBK is one wrestler that I wouldn't mind seeing beat him, but if someones going to beat him I would much rather it be a more respectable person, and not someone like Edge, RO, or Umaga for example.

WWE is notorious for keeping the title on the same person for waaaaay too long, and giving it to the same few people. Maybe people are getting tired of Cena having the strap.
More likely is that they just like Michaels or Batista or Undertaker more.

We've Cena-nuff, that's all. It has nothing to do with who is up against, people are just over John Cena and the little boys and girls don't want to face that fact. Vince needs to get wise and pass the belt on because the product has become stale and the real fans are making their opinions known.

There's nothing wrong with the fans it's just that Cena sucks, everyone it's tired of the same old champ, just pass it on already, I hope Shawn Michaels wins, Cuz personally I got sick and tired of John Cena.

It's because he is wrestling a Legend in Undertaker and last year he wrestled another future legend in Triple H and this Sunday he will get booed again because HBK is another legend. The fans will always cheer for the legend.
