It's up to each person. If they want to give up, oh well. The earth will keep on spinning.

Life is recycling of free energy at the surface of the earth. Any one flea, one human, one monkey makes no difference

It really is! start rethinking pain as a life lesson. No matter what happens that is bad there is something to learn som gift that experience gives you. Example. I survived some pretty horrific child abuse as a kid. When asked if i could go back and relive life and choose not to go through that i say no. No it wasnt enjoyable. What this bad experience though did was carve who i am. I know i am more compassionate, caring becuase of what I went through. I know that my experienced caused me to work hard at trying to be a good mom. If I had not lived through what i did would i be who i am today? Would I still have the compassion to want to help people heal? I am not sure that I would. I used the anger and pain i had as a powerful motivator to try to make my life better. to get an education. to be a good parent. to speak up and help other people. And yes in my early years i attempted and survived suicide. Life is a wonderful thing something i would not give back no matter how many tears and how much i have suffered. Everytime i see a kid smile i know everything was worth it.

Sometimes I rise up in the morning to the unfolding day, not sure what will come when I shake out the wrinkles of the night sleep , but I do know that I leave a print , weather silent or loud, this I will cover with when I sleep again , When I rise the next day, I will see the prints left before ,and from there I will start again looking into the day.

Life is very well worth living. It is a fantastic roller coaster ride that scares the H**L out of you at times but makes you laugh when it is all over.

Life is like a hot fudge sundae that you cannot just eat one and the more you eat the more it makes you sick but it was all worth it.

I wouldn't trade the memories, family, friends, loves, and lessons for anything!

if you ask a person who has money, food, clothing, shelter, successful in love life and a hot shot job...he'd say it's really worth living. but if you ask the same question to a loser, dejected soul on love front, homeless, and one who is unemployed...i am sure you will get a totally negative answer. opinions do not really reflect the true viewpoint that people have about life. opinions are based on subjective experiences.

i say life is really worth living. hardships make us stronger and personal losses bring us closer to biting reality. i could not establish a love relationship and i lost a loved one, in spite of these losses...i still feel life is really worth living. i am still happy in life. and i realized i dont need to have a reason to be happy. life is a highway and i am going to ride it. its like a rollercoaster with usual ups and downs. all i want and wish for is a moment in my life that makes me think that i have not lived life in vain. every inch of me should be useful to those who need help. i believe, life is worth living if we live for others and not for our puny selves. i work towards this conviction.

Ya, of course. Human life is really short if you think if it. 70 80 years if you're lucky? Compare to the Sun 5 billion years old, human life is only less than a single tick. So, enjoy that single tick and live your life. Good luck ;)

Only if you are willing to truly live it ...

It's very sad how many people are willing to give up on life, but they have never even vaguely attempted to live it ... have they swam in the waters of Bora Bora, seen a sunset over the Andes, walked through Stonehenge, or just sat through a night beneath the Eiffel Tower?

"You have to live life to love life"

Yes. No matter how tough the road is currently, it will get better. Just remember to forgive yourself for past mistakes, don't worry about things you can't change and focus on the next task. Worry, fear and self loathing can be a terrible triple threat.
