Unless Berkshire Hathaway has some special dispensation, purchase of at least one share of stock grants access to their annual meeting. I've never heard of any corporation selling tickets to their annual meeting, so I would be extremely wary of such an offer.

BRK.B closed today at $3,640.00

From the Berkshire Hathaway notification:
"The 2006 Annual Report is scheduled to be posted on this website on March 1, 2007 and mailed to shareholders mid to late March. Attached to the proxy statement will be a postcard that shareholders will need to complete and mail back to the company to obtain meeting credentials.
The meeting credentials are required for entry
to not only the annual meeting and other related events, but also to receive shareholder discount pricing"

sure... we bought all 3 tickets - California Lottery, Mega-thousands and thousands, and Powerball (California purely joined that rip-off). have been we to win the Powerball - $six hundred Million ($4 hundred million after taxes)... it would be unreal :P heavily, in case you took that as funds over 40 years... it would be $10 million a year... or $a hundred ninety,000 a week !!
