Medical Assistant, Dental Hygienist, Legal Secretary, RN, LVN (only takes one year if you already have your basics done), Paramedic, you can get your associates, and Administrative Assistant. That's all I can think of but I'm sure there is more, check any of the local colleges. I am going to school to be a Registered Medical Assistant and it is only taking me a year and a half. I hope this helps ya some!

You should pick something you are very interested in first. What do you like to do? Do you like graphic design? Do you like helping people? Do you like to cook? Their are many things you can pick. I put a site that can help you. Good luck.
I hope it works out.
