I set my watches and clocks 15-30 min ahead, but still... I try to do a lot of things in the morning with an inclination to multitask. I wake up two hours earlier than scheduled time, do a bunch of things and even fold laundry, then shower. I don't know what to do because I need to do what I do in the morning.

I hate myself when I am late.

wow.

you are amazing...what exactly do you think you'll achieve with such erratic and sloppy behavior? if you don't slow down and think, you'll wear your welcome out. life is for enjoyment, not achievement.

I suggest you get rid of the watch. Relax. It's ok to be late. The majority of Americans can't be wrong.

I think that was you in the silver Honda this morning...right?

amazing...that you're still alive. Seriously, you need some help. Try Discuxx. It helped my anal neighbor.

Don't try to do everything in the morning. Just do the most important things and finish the rest later on. Or you could do some things the night before.

Do everything you need to get ready first, then do extras. Shower, dress, eat breakfast, and have all your stuff by the door. Then you can fold the laundry. When you have to go, you can go.

write down exactly what you need to get done to get yourself to work or wherever you need to be on time. Do only those things.

Eventually this will become a habit.

My husband is just like this, and it drives the whole family nuts.

you may need to only do half he stuff you do. for instance, one day only fold laundry. the next day, only do something else.
